Andrew is the founder of Innovate Tax and chairs the Oracle Tax Management SIG. With 20 years of implementation experience, he is the go-to indirect tax technology expert. Internationally recognised as the best in his field, Andrew presents globally on all forms of indirect tax. Nathan is the lead on all commercial engagements at Innovate Tax. He has created a network of clients and partners worldwide, increasing the market presence and sharing a refreshing tax technology value proposition to every marketplace. Donna has an MSc in Human Resource Management, having previously held senior HR positions at Virgin Atlantic and Specsavers. At Innovate Tax, Donna’s focus is on delivery and strategy. Partnering with the businesses/functions, she ensures our team is supported, and our clients have a smooth experience while we transition them to our indirect tax solutions. Tom leads our marketing efforts with creativity and precision. With 15 years of experience in digital marketing, branding and campaign management, he specialises in crafting compelling content and driving engagement across multiple channels. Always ahead of the latest industry trends, Tom is dedicated to building strong brand awareness and fostering meaningful connections with our audience. Katie leads our Tax Technology Practice and is fundamental to many of our landmark projects. She works with dozens of global businesses, using 10-plus years of industry experience and expertise to guide implementation roadmaps and deliver bespoke configurations of leading tax engines and other systems to realise all key client objectives. Beyond her primary responsibilities, she contributes to product development, advises during pre-sales meetings, and serves as the head of our traineeship program. Hugo has a wealth of Oracle technical experience. He started out developing Oracle solutions in 1996. Having gained extensive experience in Oracle, he heads up the technical development team at Innovate Tax and is responsible for our innovative tax compliance solutions. Chirag heads up our growing team in Vadodara, India. He is one of our most experienced technical experts and has overseen projects for dozens of our global clients. Dan is one of our most experienced consultants and has headed dozens of major Oracle implementations on behalf of global clients. He has worked with some of the world’s largest brands and knows all there is to know about automating tax in Oracle. Danny is our Account Manager. His role is to ensure our clients maximise the value of their tax technology solutions with us. Danny is passionate about ensuring you maintain your tax determination post-go-live and stay up to date with new regulations to ensure continued compliance. Rob has overseen projects for dozens of global clients and has experience of implementing automated tax solutions to manage tax in more than 100 countries worldwide. Jane joined us in 2022 and heads up our Finance department. With 20 years working at Oracle before joining Innovate Tax, Neil was the first person outside of North America to be trained on both the R12 and the Fusion Tax engine.
