If you’re not already familiar with our TwiLyte support portal, we’d encourage you to login and take a closer look at its full range of features.

It’s the easiest way to ensure you enjoy maximum benefit from the service provided by our Support Desk.

How do I access TwiLyte?

Here are the details you’ll need to login to the TwiLyte portal:

Login URL: https://portal.intxapps.com OR click the ‘Support Login‘ button on the main menu

Username: Your email address

Password: Instructions for setting a password can be found in the question below.

What are my login details?

Your new password will not be the same as your old password.

Please click ‘Forgot Password’ on the new login page to be sent an email with an option to reset your password.

Are there other ways to login?

If you prefer to do so, you can also login with your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts. Feel free to use these options if you are able to.

When will the original TwiLyte portal be removed?

The existing TwiLyte platform will be removed on 10 May 2023 and will no longer be accessible to users. After this date, you’ll need to login to the new site to access TwiLyte.

Can my colleagues use TwiLyte?

If any of your colleagues did not receive an email with instructions on how to access the new portal or have never used TwiLyte before, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to create new accounts for them.

Can I raise a support ticket if TwiLyte is down?

In exceptional circumstances, you may be unable to login to TwiLyte due to operational downtime. If you wish to raise a support ticket at this time you can do so by emailing us via the button at the top of this page.
