Migrating to your new TwiLyte experience

We’ve recently released a new and improved version of our support portal, TwiLyte.

To help you access and enjoy the new platform, we’ve answered some of the most frequently asked questions below.

How do I access the new TwiLyte?

Here are the details you’ll need to login to the new TwiLyte portal:

Login URL: OR click the ‘Support Login‘ button on the main menu

Username: Your email address

Password: Instructions for setting a password can be found in the question below.

What are my login details?

Your new password will not be the same as your old password.

Please click ‘Forgot Password’ on the new login page to be sent an email with an option to reset your password.

Are there other ways to login?

If you prefer to do so, you can also login with your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts. Feel free to use these options if you are able to.

When will the original TwiLyte portal be removed?

The existing TwiLyte platform will be removed on 10 May 2023 and will no longer be accessible to users. After this date, you’ll need to login to the new site to access TwiLyte.

How does the new TwiLyte differ to the current version?

All features and functionality remain the same in the new version, meaning you’ll still be able to do everything you currently use TwiLyte for. The new portal is designed with you in mind and promises an even greater user experience.

Can my colleagues use TwiLyte?

If any of your colleagues did not receive an email with instructions on how to access the new portal or have never used TwiLyte before, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to create new accounts for them.
