We’re head-quartered in the UK with operations in the Netherlands, UAE, United States and India. This role is extremely varied, no two days are the same, but that’s what makes it exciting!


Role Purpose

We are looking for an organised, focused and driven self-starter, PA to the MD, to join our friendly and fun team in Bognor Regis. Your primary focus will be to support the MD with his work and making sure he completes his tasks on time. You will also assist two other business executives on an ad hoc basis and will oversee the running of the office, liaising with the building’s Facilities Manager as needed.

Key Duties

  • Working alongside the MD to help him deliver his projects on time
  • Act as a barrier between the MD and the rest of the team
  • Booking and arranging meetings (diary management)
  • Booking travel and accommodation for the MD and other team members
  • Act as the link between the India office and the UK Head Office
  • Help with recruitment, e.g. posting job adverts, monitoring applications
  • Processing the Directors’ expenses
  • Arranging staff events
  • Keep track of staff holiday
  • Overseeing general business admin tasks
  • Answering the office phone
  • Making sure the office is tidy, and compliant with health and safety/fire regulations (no previous experience required)
  • Ordering stationery and other items for the office on an ad-hoc basis, when required


Skills and Experience

  • Highly organised person with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and re-prioritise tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful and willing to learn
  • Confident in using MS Office applications (for example Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Self-motivating, especially when the MD is away
  • Ability to listen, follow and understand directions
  • Ability to focus in a dynamic environment
