This could be the start of a great career with an award winning and friendly IT company in Bognor Regis, as you join us on an apprenticeship programme, leading to a Level 2 or 3 qualification in IT/Tax (depending on the course).

As one of our apprentices you’ll gain a lot. Not least a practical introduction to the fascinating world of Tax Technology, with a company who constantly strives to be the best, not only in terms of our products, but in being an employer of choice.

If you love to learn, and you share our big commitment to quality service, you’ll have every opportunity to develop, in our interesting, interactive and fun workplace. As a business, we are growing rapidly, and therefore we are looking for apprentices to join us on our journey.

What you’ll be doing:

-Supporting our Oracle functional consultants in daily tasks

-Producing and updating documentation for our clients and for our training tools (internal and external)

-Providing first line support for clients

-Once you are fully trained, there may be opportunities to work on our clients’ site when required to complete duties (this may include international travel)

-Researching worldwide tax rates and providing blog posts, white papers, etc. on new events.

You can look forward to:

  • Excellent career opportunities.
  • A competitive salary, above the apprenticeship National Minimum Wage and the opportunity that this could increase (based on performance).
  • Training to bring out the best in you.
  • 20 to 25 days’ holiday, plus public holidays.

You’ll need to be:

  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Not in full or part-time education.
  • A confident communicator with lots of enthusiasm.
  • Organised and self-motivated.
  • Able to work well as part of a busy team.

Ideally, you’ll also have GCSEs, or equivalent, in Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.

All of our apprentices to date have taken up a permanent role with us at the end of their apprenticeship, in exciting and fulfilling careers (not just a job!). If you are willing and driven, there’ll be lots of options open to you. Whatever your ambitions, we’ll give you all the support and encouragement you need.
